The
date is fixed by your doctor and will take place between 10 a.m.
and 12.00. The charges relating to your hospitalization are to be
settled and you will also be directed to the different departments
to recover the documents concerning you. The general supervisor
is there to help you with post-hospitalization arrangements (convalescence,
transport home.....).
If you wish to leave against medical advice, you will be asked to
sign a discharge, freeing the clinic and doctors of any responsability
and possible consequences.
